Product Description
Application
Widely used in precision molds (rough and finish machining of mold cores in one setup), batch machining of copper electrodes and aluminum parts, shoe mold manufacturing, mask machine molds, fixture machining, and the watch and glasses industry.
Machine Features
- High-quality resin sand castings, gantry frame structure, good rigidity and fast stability, equipped with 18000/24000/30000 rpm electric spindles for various high-gloss engraving and milling requirements.
- Fully enclosed outer protection effectively controls leakage of atomized cutting fluid.
- X, Y, Z three-axis linear guides.
- Optional oil mist collector to reduce oil mist leakage.
- Standard Mitsubishi E80 system for higher efficiency (Syntec optional).
- Standard electrical box heat exchanger without fans, avoiding oil entering the electrical box.
- Standard automatic tool length measurement system (tool setter).
- Standard ER32 spindle, optional BT30; models above 870 can be equipped with BT40 electric spindle.
