Inside a One-Roof Mould Equipment Factory
Casting, machining, assembly plus inspection under one roof changes what a mould machine buyer can verify. A walk through how our factory is organised.
Most machine tools are assembled from parts bought from dozens of suppliers. Our factory takes a different path: casting, precision machining, assembly and inspection all happen on one site. For a buyer evaluating mould equipment suppliers, this structure matters more than any single specification sheet. Here is what it looks like from the inside.
Casting on site
The machine starts as an HT300 resin-sand casting. Controlling casting in-house means the base and column of your machine are poured, aged twice and machined by people who see the same parts from sand to shipment. The double ageing treatment - not a single furnace cycle - is what removes the residual stress that otherwise warps geometry over the first year.
Precision machining in sequence
Guideway surfaces, spindle bores and saddle faces are machined in sequence on our own large machines. When the crew that scrapes and matches a guideway can walk over to the casting shop and talk to the people who poured it, tolerances get discussed instead of negotiated. That short feedback loop is hard to copy in an outsourced supply chain.
Assembly with named responsibility
Each machine is assembled by a team that signs off its own work. Spindles, ballscrews, guideways and electrical cabinets are fitted and adjusted step by step, with the same laser interferometer and ballbar used at final test. Assembly notes follow the machine, so a question from an overseas customer can be traced to the person who built it.
Inspection before shipment, every time
Every machine is laser-verified before it leaves - positioning with laser interferometry, circularity with ballbar testing - and the results are recorded. Casting, machining, assembly, inspection: four steps in one roof also mean one accountable partner when something needs support after delivery.
What it means for delivery time
Vertical integration shortens the chain between your order and a finished machine. There is no waiting for a casting supplier's queue or an outside machining house's schedule. Standard models move faster; OEM / ODM builds get engineering attention from the first drawing instead of after a bidding round.
