Daily care is light but matters in high-cycle running. Blow the BT30 taper clean at shift start, check tap and drill condition counts against your tool life log, and keep coolant concentration on the higher side of the range for tapping work. The 48 m/min rapids also raise the stakes on way covers and chip management; a daily glance at the Y-axis covers catches problems while they are still cheap. With those habits in place, the machine's job is simple: cycle after cycle of identical holes, at a rate a general VMC cannot match.
