Application
The BTMC-S2303B/C belongs to the S series gantry machining centers developed for cutting of various large and medium castings, structural components, large irregular parts and plate parts. The 2300 mm gantry width accepts wide single-piece workpieces. This model is part of our S Series Gantry Machining Center range; see the series page for the full model list.
Machine Features
- Door width over 2200 mm, XY axes with three guide rails.
- Z-axis available as T-shaped ram, linear guide ram, square ram, or linear rail + hard rail composite ram.
- Z-axis travel options: 800, 1000, 1250, 1500, 1750 mm.
- Optional belt drive spindle, Italian BF / German ZF dual-speed reduction gearbox, gear head spindle, direct-coupled spindle, electric spindle and full-tooth square ram.
- Optional various accessory heads (manual or automatic right-angle head / universal head, pentahedron head, extension head, etc.).
- Standard internal spiral + chain plate chip conveyor (widened chain plate) for more convenient chip removal.
