Application
The ZX-2030 is a moving-column gantry machining center for large plates. The crossrail slide moves front and back as the X axis, the saddle moves along the crossrail as the Y axis and the spindle box moves down as the Z axis, with a large rigid HT-250 cast iron base. Machine Features
- Integrated base, X-axis supported by 4 guide rails and driven by dual screw rods.
- The crossbeam design adopts a stepped structure, ensuring the rigidity of the machine tool.
- BT50-155 belt-driven center-through-coolant spindle ensures tool rigidity during heavy cutting.
- XYZ axes all adopt roller P-grade linear rails for good accuracy retention and long service life.
- Z-axis counterweight-free design driven by a large motor, reducing components and machine failures.
- Standard internal double helix chip conveyor, optional external chain plate chip conveyor.
- Tool magazine can be equipped with BT50 20~40T umbrella-type tool magazine.
