Application
The VMC-850G is the independently developed entry model of the G series, balancing mould processing and parts processing with three-axis roller guides, high rigidity, high repeatability and large torque. Machine Features
- Stable and sturdy ultra-wide base.
- Bearing covers ground on a dedicated grinder, effectively improving the dynamic response of the machine.
- Three-axis P-grade roller linear guideways.
- Pre-stretched tail-end design of the three-axis screws, reducing thermal elongation (8 mm pitch available for precision mold machining).
- Z-axis can be equipped with a nitrogen balance cylinder to improve Z-axis response.
- Triangular rib layout of the column for a more stable structure and better rigidity.
- Standard BT40-150-12000 short-nose spindle; optional 15000 rpm / HSK-A63 spindle.
