Application
The VMC-855E is the entry model of the E series economical vertical machining centers. With fast feed rates and high spindle speeds it suits complex, multi-process parts that require a variety of tools and fixtures and are completed in batches. Machine Features
- Three-axis P-grade roller linear guideways.
- Box-shaped base ensures good accuracy retention.
- C3-grade precision ball screws with a three-front / two-back bearing structure and pre-tensioning process, ensuring accuracy during thermal rise.
- VMC-855E~1160E adopt a rear chip removal structure with a high-flow chip flushing system for fast chip cleaning.
- Optional combination of internal spiral and external chain plate chip conveyor, reducing operator workload.
- Optional BT40-12000 rpm direct-drive spindle for high-speed and high-precision machining.
- Modular design meets various configuration requirements (center-through coolant, gear head, gearbox, etc.).
